We offer a TRY-AT-HOME SERVICE where you can find the dress of your dreams from the comfort of your own home!

1. Select the dress/es you wish to try on at home (subject to availability, not all styles are available to try at home and will be dependent on our showroom stock).

2. Figure out the styles, colours and sizes that you need, then fill in our enquiry form.

3. Receive and try on your dress/es. Get back in contact with us and let us know which one was your favourite, to order over-the-phone.

4. Send us back your Try-On dress/es and wait to receive your dream dress.

5. Receive your dream dress and get ready to dance all night long!

TRY-ON PRICING

Bridal: redeemable fee of $100/dress*

Bridesmaids: redeemable fee of starting from $100, depending on number of dresses.*

Evening: redeemable fee of $50/dress*

*Please note: Each Try-On Fee is redeemable onto your order or as store credit only. Not redeemable to be used towards another try-on fee.

+ A bond of 50% of the dress/es value is to be paid before dispatch. The bond will be refunded or used towards your order after the dress has been returned to Fashionably Yours and passed quality control inspections.

+ The Try-On Fee is separate from the bond.

+ Dress/es must be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.

For Bridesmaids & Evening Dress Try-ons: Due to the vast collection of styles we carry, we typically only display one size and colour in our retail store for customers to view. Therefore we cannot always guarantee we hold a store sample of the exact size and colour you're looking for. If this is the case, we will still try our best to fulfill your request as closely as possible, which may involve sending your dress of choice in a different size or colour, or sending a similar dress in your requested size to give an idea of sizing. Once you place your order, you will receive the style in the size and colour of your choice.

FAQs

Q: What happens after my try-on?

A: If you decide on a dress, contact us to place your final order. Your Try-On Fee and Bond will contribute towards the total cost of your order. Then, post your dresses back to us at Rear Level 1, 33 Redleaf Avenue Wahroonga 2076 within 3 days of receiving your gowns.

In some cases, the dresses we send out are brand new. If that’s the case, once you finalise your purchase, you can keep the one you love and send back the rest.

If you’re not quite ready to place an order with us after your try on, your Bond will be refunded and your Try-On Fee will be converted to store credit.

Q: The dresses I tried on didn’t work out for me. Can I organise a second try-on?

A: Yes absolutely! If you’re looking to try on a new round of completely different styles, send us back the dresses from your first try-on and contact us to arrange another try-on service. Please note this may incur an extra try-on fee + bond.

If you are set on a dress but unsure about the size you tried on, take your measurements and chat to our stylists over the phone so we can recommend the correct size for your final order.

Q: Why did I not receive the exact dresses I wanted?

A: The dresses we send out are samples in our retail store. Due to limited floor space, we are unable to keep every size and colour of every style in our shop. This means you may not be able to get the exact dress you want for the try-on. If this is the case, we will do our best to send you a similar style in your size so you can confirm the fit, and then we will order the exact dress you wanted, brand new, for your final purchase.
